Overview

atl.sh is All Things Linux’s public Unix (pubnix): shared shell access, personal sites, and small protocols on atl.sh. Users get SSH (key-only), common shells and language runtimes, static sites at https://atl.sh/~username (with CGI), Gemini and Gopher capsules, FTP/S, finger, a webring, games, and community messaging—plus IRC #support on irc.atl.chat (TLS).

Accounts and documentation

  • Request access: portal.allthingslinux.org
  • User-facing docs: docs.atl.sh (Fumadocs on Cloudflare Workers), including FAQ, user guide, admin guide, operations, testing, and code of conduct

Operations

The deployment repo uses Ansible (roles for packages, security, users, services, FTP, monitoring, backup), Terraform (Hetzner + Cloudflare for staging), Debian, nginx, Borgmatic, and just for deploy/smoke tests. Source: github.com/allthingslinux/atl.sh (GPL-3.0).
